What data do we collect?
In our role as data controller, we may collect certain personal data from the person(s) managing or employed by our customers or service providers, as part of the delivery of our services or as part of your contact requests made directly from the Website.

5- With whom will we share data?
Depending on the purpose of the processing, your personal data may be processed by authorized KAMPUS collaborators (marketing, sales, customer relations, administrative and functional support departments).
Your data may also be shared with third-party companies acting on behalf of KAMPUS, when we have recourse to service providers to supply and maintain our services.

We implement organizational, technical, software and physical procedures for digital security to protect personal data against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access.

KAMPUS may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for any additional copies requested.
In the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, KAMPUS may require payment of reasonable fees that take into account the administrative costs incurred in providing the information or refuse to comply with such requests.
